How quickly can we get on a call?
Strategy calls typically book within 48 hours of an inbound. Same-week is normal. If you have an urgent timeline, mention it in your message and we'll prioritize.
Do I need to know exactly what I want first?
No. The strategy call is exactly the place to figure that out. Most clients arrive with a metric or pain point ('our pipeline is flat', 'we can't trust our forecasts') and we shape the scope from there.
What time zones do you cover?
We work Monday to Friday 24/5 across timezones. Remote experts are distributed; we always assign someone in your timezone for delivery.
Is the strategy call free?
Yes. No charge, no commitment. We've found that paid discovery calls filter out the wrong customers; free strategy calls let us pick the engagements where we can actually move the metric.
